Dragon Well green tea is the most famous
green tea in China. Only the prime tea leaves are plucked and leaves
are steamed instead of "pan fired" like most of Chinese tea. The leaves
are flat and smooth, and brew to an emerald color. It has a mellow,
distinctly sweet taste with a subtle chestnut flavor.
Packages are sealed in aluminum bags too prevent heat and moisture,
and to maintain freshness.

Directions
In order to bring out the best quality of tea, a careful brewing
is needed. In making a cup of good green tea, about 2 or 3 grams
of tea is used, add water of 80 to 100 degree centigrade. Let
steep for 3 minutes and not to cover the cup. Please make sure to
use fresh tea, because they definitely influence the taste.
